  How do I pay my invoice?

There are 2 ways of paying your invoice

  • By Credit Card via our portal https://portal.netsolid.ca (login required)
  • By e-transfer to : epay@netcamp.ca (please include your account number or your invoice number)

  I have not received my invoice or proof of payment.

We are a paperless company, invoices, receipts and any other communications are done via email. For your convenience, all invoices and proof of payments can be found on our customer portal at https://portal.netsolid.ca

  Where can I find my customer portal login?

Customer portal logins can be created on the portal by clicking Register and using the email address we have on file for you.

If you have already created a login and forgot your username or password click the recover link

  I need to update my information.

Most of your information can be changed via the customer portal. For any further assistance updating your information or any billing related questions, you may send an email to finance@netcamp.ca.

  My internet isn't working

There can be a number of causes for the internet not working. First make sure that your router and the power supply for your antenna are both plugged in and show an active power light.

Next make certain you are connected to your wifi or cabled into one of the LAN ports on your router. If you still do not have internet, please contact us.

  I'm a new subscriber, how do I activate my service?

Once your invoice is paid, you can activate your service anytime. Please make sure your connected to your wifi (it may show no internet on your wifi) and then click here. Please note, this process can only be completed from your wifi on the campsite.

  I'm having trouble activating my account.

Service can only be activated from the campsite. If you are at the campsite, connected to your wifi, and activation still does not work, please contact us.

  I need help with something else.
